Quote Validity
It is important to remember that our rates are generally valid for a period of 30 days. We will make every effort to extend the validity of our quotation but this cannot be guaranteed due to fluctuating fuel prices. Once a firm booking has been made then our rate can be confirmed.

The Transit Time (how long it will take to get there)
We will always aim to provide you with the most economical rate based on the quickest service to your chosen destination. However, sometimes there are alternative routes which can offer further savings if you are prepared for your container to take a slower journey. If you would like us to try and source a cheaper/slower service, then please make this clear when you request a quote.

Our Trading Terms
As Freight Forwarding Agents we are members of the British International Freight Association (BIFA Reg.No.1378) and we trade according to their Standard Trading Terms and Conditions 2005A.
