This includes many from client sectors such as frozen food distribution, retail, shipping management, insurance, manufacturing and construction. Above and beyond the obvious technical skills and experience that MCS demands from its team members, it’s a prerequisite that they are all innovative, responsible, committed, show creativity and attention to detail with an absolute determination to deliver on time and on budget.
Before establishing MCS, Rob acquired extensive commercial shipping experience working for several industry giants. Since then he has successfully run MCS for over 20 years achieving double-digit growth year on year.
A graduate from the Business School at City University, Emily has worked in the logistics sector for many years developing an in-depth knowledge of the industry. She was appointed Partner in 2007 to assist Rob with the expansion and future development of MCS.
